1. Information We Collect
When you use the Active Pad Pro web companion, we collect the minimum information necessary to authenticate you and credit your purchases:
- Google Account profile details (Google UID, email address, display name, profile photo) via Firebase Authentication.
- Transaction history (order ID, UTR reference, coin quantity, purchase timestamp).
- We do NOT store or have access to your bank passwords or UPI PINs. All payments are executed directly inside your authorized UPI banking app (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm).
2. How We Use Your Information
We use your data solely to:
- Authenticate your account and sync coin balances with your Android app.
- Process and fulfill coin top-up orders.
- Provide customer support via WhatsApp and email.
- Detect and prevent fraud.
3. Third-Party Services
We integrate with trusted service providers:
- Google Firebase (Authentication & Realtime Database) for real-time account data.
- Direct UPI Integration (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm) for peer-to-merchant payments.
4. Data Security
All communications are encrypted using 256-bit Transport Layer Security (TLS/SSL). Sensitive database operations are executed server-side with strict authorization rules.
