1. Nature of Digital Goods
All coin packages (Pad Coins and Active Coins) sold on Active Pad Pro are digital items that are credited immediately to your account upon successful payment verification. Because digital credits are consumed or unlocked instantly in-app, purchases are generally non-refundable.
2. Failed Transactions & Uncredited Coins
If your bank account was debited but the coins were not credited to your Active Pad Pro balance due to a network glitch or gateway timeout:
- Our team reviews all submitted UTR numbers promptly to approve pending orders.
- If coins do not show up, please reach out via WhatsApp with your Order ID or UPI UTR number.
- If an unfulfillable payment occurs, a 100% full refund will be initiated directly back to your UPI account.
